I'm having the same problem with the Chocolate Box. It started early this week when I finished the last challenge just as the time ran out, and despite following the suggestions it's still perpetuating.

I kept getting this so deleted the app and reinstalled it. That fixed the problem but I LOST ALL MY FRIENDS! Please send lives and friend me 😢

So how much longer until this is fixed? I'm stuck at 1025 and I can't get through unless I have a coconut wheel thanks to the dark chocolate and exits placed in very specific areas.

Still it isn't fixed.. they should just revert back one upgrade and it would be fine.. I'm more and more convinced this is just a money making exercise because it forces people to "buy" upgrades to get themselves unstuck.. Come on Candy Crush gurus sort it out

Why is this STILL NOT FIXED? I've had this error for over 2 weeks now. How long does it take to be investigated? Will we be getting bonus items as compensation? You've really hindered our progress with this.
