For the last week I cannot send lives on candy crush saga. The 'send' button is outlined in red. Please fix this! Thank you!

the link you posted for trouble shooting doesn’t work it goes to an error page why i cannot send lives on Candy Crush Soda because the button does nothing

I am having the same problem - I have reinstalled Candy Crush cleared cache etc etc and it still is the same. Could this be something to do with permission settings? I have checked but all seems ok but maybe I am missing something.
