I keep getting a friend request under the envelope in the mobile app from a friend that said she sent me one. When i go to open the envelope, I only have the option of seeing what is on the envelope tab, which only has lives gifts and no friends requests. The little trophy tab next to the envelope tab is greyed out, so I cannot select/open that tab. After looking here, making sure my app is updated, making sure my facebook app permissions are active and updated, and logging into King.com, I still cannot find this friend request. I also get the popup that i have a friend request on King.com when I log into the Candy Crush game, but when I open the notifications icon where the popup came from, I again only see lives requests and the trophy tab is greyed out.
Where do I accept the friend request????
Here is what I am seeing. The popup under the envelope and then when I open that icon, there are ONLY lives gifts, NO friend requests. The trophy tab is greyed out, so I cannot open that. Please help!

Hello @imkacy , greetings!
The envelope shown on you screenshot is where players in your game have sent you a life, or are requesting that you send them a life. It looks like they are sending you a life.
To open the envelope jut tap or click on it. Then a dropdown box should appear and you can read whether they're asking for a life or sending you one. If they request a life just tap on the heart symbol to send.
Please note: If they have sent you a life, do not accept it until you have depleted the lives that the game give you. When you have depleted your lives the game gives you, then go to the envelope and get a Life by accepting it. The rest will remain stored there
I hope this helps
Hi, he is showing the first screenshot where it says he has a "Friend Request", where can he accept it??? Once he clicks on it, there is no friend request. There are other options such as sending a life or accepting a life. But that wasn't his question.
Thank you
I'm still confused on this reply because it doesn't answer the question
