The Candy box on my game hasn't worked for 2 weeks and your forum doesn't explain how to fix it.
Hello @Roice If by candy box you mean the Chocolate Box then at the moment there is no fix for the issue
The issue has been reported, and is being investigated.

There is an update scheduled to roll out on Oct 13. Hopes are high that this will be a fix for the Chocolate Box issue. The Candy Crush Saga Game Studio is working on this issue and they are asking for our patients until their work is completed soon
