At the moment there are some server related issues with the chocolate box and work is underway to resolve the issue. and Investigated. A post on this topic already exists in our community and your post will be attached to that post so I'm closing this post for now.

The server error were way more complicated than expected, therefore the fix is taking this long time.
The Game Team are counting to have a fix in place for the Chocolate Box in early November.
I'll keep you updated as soon as the fix has been confirmed!
Just roll back the app update to before the error and update again when it is fixed.. it is a very simple solution .
That makes no sense, its a server issue, not an app issue. If the app cannot communicate with the server, a rollback is not going to fix that.
The issue is within the app. It is a Comms issue not a server issue.. if it was a server issue then nothing in the app would work..
I am 10370 and I cant get in, every time I open my game for the past hour any idea was going on ?????

If they knew what it was it would be fixed . This game has been running for years.. they made a change to the function of the chocolate box to make it more fancy and they broke it.. programming issue.. whatever is being said..it has worked fine until they tried to change the function...
Isn't it October 15th? Everyone complaining is in September on the 15th. I guess I am a month in the future. Is it November yet? So the Chocolate box is gone so I don't try clicking to get my reward just to get thT server error.
Its been gone a month . And will not be fixed for another month

Al van begin september is het niet meer mogelijk om de chocoladedoos te gebruiken via facebook. Zeer jammer. We hebben op deze manier al heel wat beloningen misgelopen. Hopelijk geraakt het toch vlug opgelost en mogen we misschien een compensatie verwachten? ;)
