I keep trying to recover my king password and when I go into the email it says “error 404 this can not be found.” I want to sync my account to my new phone as I have way more progress there what can I do to get the password back?

Would you check to see if it gives you the option to change your password? If so try that first
The error code may be a problem with the Candy Crush Game server. I do know that work is ongoing at the Game Studio and they ask that we be patient to the work is complete

It hasn’t given me the option to change it… I keep going to the email it sends and it says error from there… how would I go about changing it? But if it is just a server issue I’ll keep trying for a few days and check back in thank you so much

Check your device and game to confirm that they are "up to date", restart your device and then try logging back in.

Today several players have reported the same problem, if after clearing the browser cache and restarting the device it still does not work, it is that they are definitely sending broken links. Yes, you understood correctly. I've cleaned caches, restarted my phone etc. but the link only shows the error 404 page. I'll just wait it out I guess, I also sent a message through contact page but I'm not sure I used the right topic which needs to be selected...

Same problem, won't take my password to log into the lay using email. Use the "forgot password " I get the email and the link goes to an error page.
