Hi and Welcome to the King Community
Level 3899 changed now with 19 moves . First break icing blockers as many as you can to get more space. Then make special candies and combine special candies to break waffles, liquorice swirls, remaining liquorice locks, icing blockers and to hit bobbers to activate jelly fish to break remaining liquorice swirls to collect all orders to complete the level.

I have seen this video before asking for help......in this video all done with buying extra moves ....i need without specials video....Please help me

@someshkumar unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a video of the latest version of 3899 without boosters! 😟

I think this level need atleast +5 moves..... it's Looking as a nightmare level.....

I played the previous version a couple of months ago and it was the worst! 😬 This seems very difficult too but you can at least tell the strategy needed easier. I believe that if you follow the advice @kiara_wael gave you above, you'll eventually find a luckier board and pass it. Good luck!
