You must have needed the rest and if you hadn't gotten it then, you probably never would have made it to the end. I am genuinely lost for words. I don't know how to express just what it is you have achieved. Congratulations is what I would normally say, but it seems too small a word to fully cover what you have had to go through to achieve what you did.
