I haven't played today, so can't say if this change is in my game yet. I really hope not. What happens if you run out of gold I wonder.

1 gold bar to give up???? I'd rather pay 20gb to continue playing. Thankfully the deluxe chocolate box and the fast race gives us gb's once in a while

you clearly aren't being charged a gold bar it is just saying you are going to lose the life when you quit, you would lose it anyways if you didn't beat the level!

@totallyaddicted, as Boybinary said you are being asked to pay ten gold bars to carry on or lose -1 heart (life) to give up. The message has never looked any different as far as I know, so how come after reaching level 9499 you suddenly think the give up message means you are being charged one gold bar instead of just losing a life?
