Season Pass still broken
The free tier is still broken on Season Pass on iPhone.
I can collect at 1/3/5/7/9/10, but once you reach tier 2, Events will turn yellow, and Season Pass will say "Claim" even though there is nothing to claim. It stays this way until the Season Pass ends, and then starts again on the next season pass as soon as you finish a level that would allow you to collect on tier 2, even though you are on the free tier with nothing to claim.

As mentioned on the first page on the thread HERE, some levels on the Free Pass side do not have any rewards.
Please note that this in NOT any issue. Levels 2, 4 , 6 and 8 for example do not have any free rewards. Only the Gold Pass side have rewards on every level.

I've seen that post. That's a different issue.
It works fine when we reach the number of levels needed to collect at 1/3/5/7/9 and 10, but the problem I and a couple of others I know on iPhone and iOS 15 are having is that it always says Claim.
Check the screenshots. It says Claim and there's nothing to be claimed.
I think the bug is that "Claim" is being shown without checking if the player is on the Free Pass or the Gold Pass, and since we cannot collect on level 2, it shows Claim forever once we reach that level.
This has only been happening for the past 2-3 weeks.
Could possibly be tied to the broken Chocolate box which has been broken for about the same amount of time.

@pcas27 My game on an android device also shows the constant claim. My opinion is that similar to the Magic Season regardless of whether or not you are only playing the Free Pass side the feature is trying to inform you that you still have the Gold Pass side to 'claim'. It is also why I receive an annoying pop up every time I start my game asking if I want to purchase the Gold Pass

Mine is showing the same! Looks like you have something to claim but there isn’t anything. Then I had a notification to say ive completed it but it still shows that I’m on level 2??
This is 2 big issues in a matter of weeks that both aren’t fixed yet! Come on King! Sort it out!
