Baking afventure season

Hi
just a quick question: I have finished round 1 of baking adventure season. According to the candy crush shedule, round 2 starts on Oct 11th (today). The contest does not appear on my mobile. I have already re-booted my phone as well as I have logged out of Candy rush and logged in again (several times).
I have also checked app update.
Can you help me to get access to the game?

We're not sure why you missed the event, but the event may be unavailable due to a temporary problem. However, you can now contact our Player Support to ask for a solution as we have no information at this time.

@PiggyNewton @Paul301153 I don’t think event starts until later today, or like @Sukanta_Biswas said, it might unavailable due to a problem. I do suggest completing a level because that’s how most events pop-up. But if not, either wait until later or contact Player Support here!

I noticed the event is missing in my game, which means it's a temporary error. I will wait a bit and if the event does not return I will report the problem to my team tomorrow.
I also don't want to miss the event🙈

I've tried everything everyone has suggested and played a few levels as well nothing seems to work but thanks for everyone's help. I contacted support and got a message on my game from customer support saying here's a few items but I don't know what they are so it couldn't have been too exciting lol. Maybe that's suppose to make up for missing the event? Bummer tho cause I wanted to compete 😣🥺
