I was playing smoothly and suddenly i found game closed and when starting it again i got this message attached, i loses my session, achievement, also some times when playing the ad i got black page.

Please try to fix it. Check App update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after power on> Open game and sign in. Please clear the cache. Start anew. Please play a level and the game will update. Then it could work again.

Sorry to hear your game restarts itself. This happens sometimes to me too :( Hopefully it is not happening a lot for you.
i am not sure this is a working solution while it is new phone, i bought it from only one week. It shows this message since its installation.
Hi @hellonana2006 , there is a known issue with connecting with our game for some players. The Candy Crush Team is working hard to find the cause and complete a fix, During this time our games can be affected

How much time expected to finish this annoying issue? It closes the game in my face while i am in my last move to win, this is very annoying while in level 9000+ it is rarely to reach the win for levels and this bug annoys me much more
Hi @hellonana2006 , I haven't heard a expected completion date to resolve these issues
As a player, like yourself I just know that work continues and they ask for our patients

This is very annoying i happened with me twice in 10 minutes 😭😭😭. It is just to hard to reach the win and game closes in my face in the most important last move to win.
Some how this bug related to ads, why they don't disabled using ads and give us extra moves freely till fixing ads issue.
