I have just paid for a pack, I have been stuck on the level for days, I finally gave in and paid for a pack to help and have received nothing for over 2 hours despite rebooting my phone. Needless to say I’m furious as have no extras, my free items have now expired and I’m stuck on the same level, I don’t want the pack now, it’s no good to me now I have to start the same one again with no extra items at the start
I purchased a package in candy crush for £8.99. After a long time a message came up saying purchase unsuccessful. I did not receive the package. I purchased it again and , after a delay, it went through ok. But now I see that both purchases have been taken out of my PayPal account. Will you refund please?
