There have been several times when the rewards that are earned are not awarded. I have found this is especially true after winning several consecutive races. If you cannot honour the rewards earned, what makes you think a person can trust you with personal information.
Whenever king development crew wants to introduce a new feature, they try it first on a number of players that are randomly chosen, to check if everything is alright.
A/B testing is very common practice in the IT industry and it is put in place for technical reasons. king need to know if the feature can be supported before releasing it to the whole world.

However, you are in this test group because the feature is still available in your game, but you may have missed the reward due to a temporary problem with the feature.
I'm very sorry because we can't return the reward to you but I will report it to my team and they will find out the cause of the problem.

Sorry for the Inconvenience, Yes, it happens to me sometimes, and it's just a flag.
To make sure your game is up to date. please check for a game update, log out and restart your device, then log back in,. also if you are playing via an internet browser please clear the cache / history. and If you miss a reward from any other feature, please report this to our Player Support Team here,
The screen shots are from all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.
My partner has played this game for many years across multiple platforms without this issue. The only difference I have been able to play through the episodes very quickly and after winning several (10+) races on succession, the game decides to stop awarding the reward earned.

Most of the features of this game belong to the test group and there is no guarantee that the test features will always be available in your game. In some cases, due to a temporary problem with the test features, the feature may not be available in the game and even if available, we miss the reward.
However, if you miss any reward, you can contact our Player Support because there are no deals in our Community regarding lost or missed items.

Thank you for your response. I do not know what you mean by test group. I installed the game, it tells me if I win a race I will get a reward. I win the race and yet no reward. I contacted player support and they direct me here. I fully realize that rewards are at the discretion of the game owner. However, when they ask for my opinion (survey), I am going to let them know that unless they follow through on their statements, I will never trust them with my financial information (as they were alluding to in the survey).
