I cannot log in to save my progress on neither my iPad or iPhone. It is also telling me I will get my gifts when I have an internet connection on both devices which I do have as I post this from my iPad. . Extremely frustrated right now and hope I don’t lose my progress.

I'm very sorry because your game app is corrupted and you need to reinstall it after uninstalling to fix the problem. Uninstalling the Game App will cause you to lose all stored boosters and unsaved levels.
If you have previously saved the game on Facebook or Kingdom, you will get back game progress by logging in to the game again but as far as you saved. Even if you lose the game progress completely, you can get back the game progress manually, in which case we will give you the next guide.😊
