Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
If you still aren't able to make any new purchase in the game, please contact Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center so they can take a closer look at it. Remember to choose "Purchases & Gold Bars" as the subtopic!
I am also having the same problem! I keep getting an error message.
This is what happens when I try to buy the piggy bank. I am playing on my computer using Chrome through Facebook. I am also unable to buy anything from the shop as well and I have tried 2 other browsers. Safari and Firefox does not even show a piggy bank!

Hi there, sorry to hear you are having trouble :( Sometimes signing in and out of your account can solve this.
Same issue here as if Jan 10, 2022...any update from King on this? Logged out, cleared cache and data..still can't make any purchases.
Same problem I'm having as well....Jan. 13th '22.... frustrating. Especially when I have also logged out and cleared cashe, reinstalled the whole app and sent a support request with screenshot but STILL no fix! Grrrr!
Mine was fixed after chatting with tech support but I refused to clear cache. I told them I didn't really care about spending my money anyway and thanked them kindly. It was fixed not long after that....😉
