How do you collect the frogs on level 704?😒

I have been on 704 for about a month now. I just don't get understand what to go. I can clear the the board just can't get the frogs!!!

I finally finished this level but have no idea how I did it!

Once the frog is full and flashing I'm still unable to move it anywhere other than immediately next to it. Is this a glitch? Or do I need to be on a computer? I've cleared the board several times of all the blocks.

Try double clicking him when he’s full I just passed finally.
