Ads in game for extra lives and moves
I’m on level 10476. I have never had the option to watch ads to get more lives or more moves. I also do not have the ballon that floats around the board that gives out extra lives. I only have the daily treat machine and the booster wheel. Please advise what I need to do to get these ad options. At such a high level e games are really hard and this would help me advance quicker like other players.

It is very strange and really unfortunate. As i am playing on 3 devices and i am getting little different features on some devices. Most of the features are available on android mobiles.
However Reinstallation will not help in this regard and you will lose your boosters and lives whenever you will reinstall the app. For the Last try you may check with our player Support and see if they can help you. Send an email either directly from the game application or through this link.

I think most players are much higher levels do not receive the advertisement feature. I think that particular feature has certain criteria.

Hello Lalewis, have you ever paid for anything whilst playing Candy Crush? If you have bought anything then you will not receive any of the methods that provide free boosters.

Please note that watching ads for boosters and moves is a bonus feature and like all other bonus features it is not permanent part of the game. Moreover it is also not available to all the players on all the devices. Infact our Servers do choose players randomly and award all these bonus features. It is unfortunate that you are not having this feature at the moment but we may hope that you will get this feature in future.

I know not all players get the boosters but I find it strange that I never get anything. I have seen things on my husbands game that I’ve never gotten and this has been going on for years.

Yup it is quite unfortunate but as i told you all the features are awarded randomly by the server to different players on different devices.
If you have an access on other device or mobile then please try to login through that device and see if you get any other features. Hopefully you will get.

I work off three devices and they are all the same. I even tried deleting the app and restarting and still nothing. Oh well I guess I’m just an unlucky person who never gets boosters.

Yes, I have bought the specials to get unlimited lives for .99. From all the previous comments it doesn’t look like anything can be done. It’s ok. I’ll pass the level eventually.
