Items disappearing

In September the chocolate box. In November I lost the daily climb. Now the fantastic 5 is acting up. It hits 7000 but won't reset and give me the prizes

Most likely, your game is not connected to the server or there is a connection problem with your game app, so you are experiencing this problem.

However let me know if you get the solution by following the troubleshooting steps as per the steps given below.

Check app update - Lg out game - Restart device - Open game and Log in.

Sorry for the inconvenience. there has been a graph issue that is making people believe they have reached 7000 points but when scores added up they do not come to 7000. We would really need a screenshot of the fantastic 5 graph to be sure. All you can do is contact customer support from your game or by the contact us at bottom of page and explain your issue.

Tried everything. I finally tried uninstalling game and reinstalling. Logged back in to get my progress. I am at the correct level but have lost mall my boosters and when I go into events nothing there except piggy bank

Hi there... Unfortunately reinstalling will remove your boosters... Regarding your events, since you did reinstall, try playing a level and then check your events. This will often kick start a whole bunch.
