Same issues here. I think they are overwhelmed with complaints and it seems like when they have issues with new contest they are impossible to reach. I would think that's there way of not having to make good on issues. I've never understood why that's an issue as it's no skin off there nose to give back what someone looses unfairly. Especially those of us that spend plenty of monies. It's very frustrating. Hope you get through to them soon. Wish I had actually good advice for you. There is an email that goes directly to customer service but I've asked on discussion board a couple times and no one seems to have it.
