The game works well but has no sound. The icons look well my PC is not mute.
If you are using Google Chrome... You might not be aware that there is a auto mute for sounds for web games. The solution is to go to Chrome. and in the URL (place where you go type web address) Now type chrome://flags/autoplay-policy Next scroll down to "No user gesture is required" The words RELAUNCH should appear. Click on these words and magically your sound should return.
Most of my games on Facebook have no sound. I read on Facebook, that the issue isn't with Facebook, but rather the developer and they recommend contacting the developer of the game. BUT.....it's odd how not only do none of the games I play by King have sound, but neither does the game I play by TAO. So, that can't be a coincidence. The issue is with Facebook.
Is the sound working for any of their other games? Have you tried all of the basic troubleshooting steps that King advise for PC problems with the game? You can find them here:

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
