Hi Betty, the reason why there is a difference is because each of those (phone, tablet and PC) is a different platform which the games have to be specifically designed for.
This is why new levels and updates for each usually come out on different dates, rather than waiting King tends to release updates as soon as they are ready so we don't have to wait any longer than we need to.
Sorry I can't answer in french ( I just about understand it and don't think French is supported on here yet) but if in doubt = google translate it

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
