Hello @Miriam_N if you are referring to the community badge then you should post your screenshot in the discussion linked below
If you are referring to the 10,000 banner for your in-game avatar then this maybe applied automatically, or you might have to complete the Milestone Challenge.
If the banner is applied to your avatar automatically all you can do is carry on playing until you receive the banner. I have seen some players asking about their banner even though they have completed level 10,100 or higher.
If you need to complete the Milestone Challenge then you will find the Challenge in your features.

Hello Jagat, if you are referring to the in-game avatar banner that some people have received for completing level 10,000 then this is sometimes added automatically by the game. You might have to be patient because I have seen people say that it didn't appear until they had completed another 100 levels.
Other people have found that instead of the 10,000 banner being applied automatically they receive the Milestone Challenge instead. If you receive the Milestone Challenge you will have to complete nine hard levels to get your banner.
