The internet does not connect on the game. I can not make purchases. Please advise

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
If the problem remains the same, you need to follow the steps below.

If you play on mobile, then go to the Start Menu - Settings - Cogwheel - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars. You will then find the 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page.
If you play on Facebook on a computer, then click on the 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page here, but remember to enter the same email that you log in with on Facebook.
Candy Crush Saga will not load on Facebook. I am not the only one. Many, MANY players are having this issue. You can not use the link for support to report it either because (SURPRISE hahaha) the captcha won't load and therefore you can't send a request for the issue. Candy Crush has not loaded on Facebook for TWO days.
Good Luck. I don't think there is a solution. I have asked and asked and asked for a fix. To tell you the truth I don't think they no HOW to fix it. Now they stole my gold bars. Why complain? I probably won't get them back.

As a last resort you can reinstall your game, however we don't recommend this. You will lose all of your boosters and unsaved progress, so PLEASE BE CAREFUL!
why would you even suggest that? I mean I get it for the fact that I tried it myself. however, it definitely did not work
