Having to repurchase candy crush episodes after a restore, when I have already purchased them before

Due to having to restore my ipad a number of times, candy crush keeps resetting to level 1. I have to replay all the levels again, but the really annoying thing is when I need to unlock each episode, it used to recognise that I had purchased that episode before, and download for free. Since the change to paying with gold bars, it does not recognise that I have purchased each episode before, and I am having to pay again for the same episode.

Worked for me. Other than the broken link.

Please provide the following information:

1) Your level in Candy Crush Saga as well as your level in Dreamworld (Owl version)

2) Your Facebook ID (can be retrieved here: https://findmyfbid.in)

Hi Shoeberry! When you uninstall or reset your mobile device then you will also reset the game and start from level 1. To avoid this you can store all your progress by connecting to Facebook.

Thanks for the response Mark. But it is on my autistic sons ipad, and he does not have a facebook account. I have contacted King Customer Care, and have had no response.
