Click "Forgot Password" and you will get a confirmation email link.
You can set a new password through the link.
The confirmation email sometimes reaches the spam box.

Be sure that’s the email you used. I mean the right email linked to your game

Also, check some other folders in your email like your Junk and Deleted folder :)
