I have not seen or heard of this error message before, but have you tried all of the usual troubleshooting? Clearing the cache, updating the java and testing another browser? King also made a video to help with any loading issues with their games on Facebook, I think it could help you too.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
