Every time I try to connect the game to my facebook account there appears a label " unable to connect try again "
Are all of your levels on Facebook (check on the PC) if so then I would uninstall and re-install the game. This fixes most problems. Let me know if this works.
What kind of mobile device are you playing? Have you tried the usual troubleshooting steps? Restarting the device, making sure that you have the latest version of Candy Crush Saga installed. Also make sure that you have a strong wifi connection. Let us know how you get on.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
