Season Pass Error Message (been going on for a month)

Hi all!

I hope someone can help me with this problem. It's been happening for a while... I thought I'd just wait for a "fix" but it's gotten to the point where it's really redundant and annoying. It pops up every level sometimes a few times. If I try to do anything in the game it's like a promt it just pops up to "claim" my sesasonal prize but then the technical error message comes up. I just have to constantly exit it out. Here are pictures of what I'm talking about:

I tried looking around to see if anyone had a fix but I can't find this exact issue. I have not tried reinstalling the app because I'm worried about lost progress / things I have bought in the game (boosters and whatnot).

Any help or advice would be appreciated! It's not the end of the world obviously, but it is REALLY annoying.

Or in your game: Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

⛔ Music Season – Clarification on Event End Time
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.

I have tried to solve level 16399 for weeks now. Videos are totally different than the game. How can this level be solved?

Only the first gummy dragon dispenses. Then, no matter how I match, clear the board, use striped or wrapped candies or have up to 14 moves left, NO more dragons dispense. Please help!
