Lost levels

I was on level 2200+ and lost all the levels. I have tried for over a month to retrieve them yay in all the tips I have been given but still am not able to retrieve my progress. Is there anyway you can see what exact level I was on and force them back? Thank you!

Hello my friend,

If you have saved your progress by using your email address and a password you should be able to log in using this...as this is how everything works in King Games and Facebook as well....if you been login and out the same way......and if you have your password saved and remember it that is what you need to retrieve your level and return back to the same one.....

If you can't recall your email address or password then I recommend you contact Player Support....you can find it to the Right under Categories...scroll down to Support then Click on it....Follow the request information and enter your email address and include your Problem and One of the Support members will contact you and they will be able to give you the information or help you need as we here in the Community can not restore you to your level....hope you understand my friend and hope this helps you out my Community friend...😉😎💯
