Why did my ads disappear after making gold purchases?!
I'm not the only one either! My girlfriend and I both made gold purchases recently and we both lost ads immediately after that. WHY?!?!
Don't give me that crap about it being random either. There are countless people on this very site who have had and are having the same issue.
Instead of making stuff up about how it's random, how about actually finding out the REAL problem and fixing it?

First of all, you're missing the ad feature due to purchase, this is probably your misconception but you can get more helpful information by contacting our player support. In fact, the ad feature is controlled by the test group and there is no guarantee that it will always be present in the game.😂
Always keep the latest version of the game app to play the game, you can get the feature back very soon.

Hey there; but both you & your girlfriend are no longer part of an experimental test group (of guinea pigs) with the feature, see here.
Some will get adverts & others won't, different people get different features.
Since both of you have already made a purchase within the game, the experiment is over; here's an example from another unfortunate player.
Besides the booster wheel & daily treat machine, neither of you will get too much else at this point (for free daily boosters).
Once you buy, those adverts go bye-bye.
But do not delete the game in an attempt to restore the feature (unless you plan on quitting), as any accumulated boosters/received game lives would also be deleted; see this.
If anyone can cite any similar incidences where the feature has been restored after making a purchase (to reassure people), feel free to post about them here (come on down).
