Problems with Candy Crush Saga level 35

I recently downloaded Candy Crush Saga onto my Nokia Windows phone. Twice now , I have reached level 35 but when I try to go into the game to play , although it says it is loading, it then takes me straight back to my apps menu. Both times I have uninstalled the game and then re-loaded it. Turned my phone off and back on. but still not luck, Can anyone help please.

Have you tried to clear the cache by entering the Settings menu in Internet Explorer and choosing the delete history option. Has the game worked for you before on your phone? Also is the problem only with level 35?

I had this on a level and I sent a message to Facebook reporting loading issue with the game. After that, it cleared up.
