My game piece on Candy Crush is stuck in an area between levels 860 and 861. Please unstick!

My game piece on Candy Crush can't move either forward or backward. It is wedged in an area between levels 860 and 861, just under the bar with the three question marks (???) and I can't get to the question mark level to get to the 861 level. My game piece is stuck on the screen and I can't go anywhere. Please HELP!
