this is the second time asking this question (ty for ignoring and deleting it king) - after logging in to facebook, my progress has been reset to level 1. I was on level 410 so as you can imagine I won't be playing again to catch up. Any advice?
I have the game on my phone, not facebook. (Sorry that's not clear in my question!)

I agree with Combo, check the levels on the PC hopefully your levels are still there. Then you should be able to log out and connect again. Let us know how you get on
Hi Andrea! Do you still have the levels on Facebook? If yes, then it could be that something went wrong when connection the game to Facebook. Also; are you connecting to the right Facebook account? Cheers :-)

i was well on my way to completing the pins but the app restarted and now them pins tab is no longer available
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
