I accept lives from friends - probem in both Candy CrushSaga and Soda

After accepting them I can't always find them. Sometimes they show up in mail box but most of the time I never see them. Also when I send lives out I'm not sure if they go out or not. I hit send and the send button fades out but it doesn't look like the lives were sent out.

I had the same problem a few weeks ago, and I noticed that I did not have a problem on my mobile or tablet. If I needed tickets I would use my mobile and then continue to play on Facebook.
When playing on Facebook, make sure that you regularly clear the cache, update the Java and test on another browser if the problem persists.
