Why won't any of my levels open???

Ever since I passed level 862 I have been unable to open any level, it started with level 863 but now I can't open any level that I click on. I can load the game interface but when I click on the "play" button for a level it gives me the spiral candy "loading" and the level never loads. I have tried opening levels that I have already played but they won't open either.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems with the game freezing, I can understand your frustration been there before. If the game is stuck on loading for me I clear the cache, check java and as a last resort test it in another browser. King have also made a really useful video that may help you out too- here it is:

I checked my flash player, it is up to date. I tried loading in Firefox but the game won't even load there. I have cleared my cache multiple times but the problem still persists.

Can you ask a friend to test the game on your PC, that way you can know for sure that it isn't a problem with your account.
