I am getting blank circles on each level for my bonuses. I don’t have an option to pick any and they are not showing up in the game even though I just got 30 mins of bonuses. Why is this happening? I am on level 4600

Hi @CrushinQueenJA warm welcome. There are some levels where no pre-game boosters are allowed. I have some boosters but I can't use them on Levle 5681 either.
Nevertheless, I managed to complete the level on the first try, even though I got more points the first time.

Well this makes no sense to me! My bonuses have been blank for multiple levels. And these have been HARD and SUPER HARD levels. Fix the problem! This is 5681 level but has been happening for quite a few consecutive levels notice this is a HARD level
As others have mentioned, it means the boosters are not available for that particular level. Luckily in my experience, that means levels are super easy so you will clear them in no time. Happy holidays :)

The issue that you have mentioned regarding being unable to use boosters on level 4600 is due to how these levels are actually each tutorial levels implemented with the release of the new Crystal Candies. For this reason, the boosters that can generally be enabled or used prior to entering the level will not appear for use on this level.
