sometimes I can play for a bit and then it's back to not loading on facebook? this has been happening for the past week or so - I have cleared cache and done everything suggested by king.com? I'm ready to dump the game!
this is a brand new computer a month ago - the only issue I have is with Candy Crush Saga - all the other king.com games work fine? I'm ready to dump it!
other computers and kobo seem to connect okay? i'm perplexed
even when I go to king.com it doesn't want to load?
also installed Google Chrome and Firefox - makes no difference - same issues the game will play for a while and then can't load on facebook - almost ready to dump the game!
Have you tried playing in another browser? I have switched to Google Chrome as it seems to perform better with Flash based games. Also I suggest you try disabling any plugins and extensions in your browser. Cheers :-)
I have tried your suggestions and still Candy Crush Saga will not load on facebook? Please advise what to do further - I played for a bit this morning after a long wait to get on - and now it won't load again on facebook?

Have you tried playing the game on King.com?
Go to King.com and login. To sync your King.com account with your Facebook progress just follow these steps:
1) Click on Settings
2) Choose Account
3) Enter your password
4) Click on Synchronizing/ Connect to Facebook
5) Click on the two arrows
Once done your progress is synchronized and you should be able to continue playing without any issues.
