Envelope on Candy Crush keeps disappearing

I load candy crush on Facebook and it asks me if I want to accept the lives- I don't as I have just loaded the game with full lives to play with...when I run out of lives I go to check my envelope and it has disappeared!!! I want my lives back, this keeps happening and I'm getting fed up with it!!!!!!

This is normal, its part of the game. You can only accept any gifts the first time you open the game, so if you refresh, or close and open the game again, or don't accept them, then they will disappear. Just so you know there's nothing wrong with your game
