Charm of Frozen Time not working?

Hi everyone. I'm a loyal player of Candy Crush Saga and I play with multiple boosters per level and charms. Prior to the release of Coco Crossroads, I had earned 3 stars on every reality level. Today I reached level 880 and I am unable to click the Charm of Frozen Time. This charm has contributed to every timed level I played and I absolutely do not want to play without it. How can I fix this?

Hi Bobby, I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I'm pretty sure that the candy crush charms were removed from the game when the Soda Swamp episodes were released.
