when I have already cleared the jellies and the frog is still there, then what am I supposed to get rid of him?

Once the jellies have been cleared, the level should end? Have you cleared the jellies in the top section as well?

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
