I received the gold bar reward for collecting 2000 green candies, but did not get the 50 lollipops for 5000 or the bonus jackpot when I matched 10000 green candies. Can you help please?

Seems there was a glitch in the game in order to receive the correct bonus. Please see the email with further instruction, so we manually can add the correct bonus to your game account. Thanks.
The email referred to is found here at the top right envelope icon. It's nice to know King is helping to resolve this for us!
Same here too. I stayed up all night to get to 10000! What a load of rubbish and a waste of time!

Same thing happened to me. I emailed King and got the automated response which pointed me to this forum to have my questions answered. Then at the bottom of the email it said, "Please be aware this message is our only response to this contact." Great, so now what?

I do not see any envelope either! I am also playing on iPhone.
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
