Purchase issues

I just tried to purchase 50 gold bars through google play and it said purchase successful. Then it went back to the game screen and said purchase failed and I would not be charged. So I tried several more times, even trying to buy a different amount (100 bars rather than 50 in case that was glitched) and using another credit card, and the same issue happened each time. Then I got multiple emails stating that my all of my google play purchases went though and when I checked my credit cards online I was in fact charged each time - yet have no gold bars to show for it. Very frustrated right now. Would love a full refund (minus $4.99) along with 50 gold bars.
