I purchased 2 spring specials and neither one has shown up

I purchased a Spring Special and it appeared to finalize, then I got a message that order could not go through and no money was taken from my account. So, I purchased a 2nd spring special and got the same problem. Now, I have two receipts for the purchases and the charges pending my credit card. However, neither of the specials have loaded in my game. Please advise.

Now the gold bars have shown up, but not the other candies and extras that were advertised.

Same thing just happened to me.
