Why won't the games let me advance??

I am on level 342 in Candy Crush, and I have cleared the jellies quite a few times, still it won't advance to me next level. Also, in the Candy Crush Soda, I have asked friends for about 2 weeks now to help me advance to next level, and there is obviously a glitch with that as well. Can I get someone to fix these issues for me?

Level 432 is a tricky one, I used this video and the comments to help me. This comment by another player sums up what you need to do perfectly: 'The bottom creams all have jellies under them you have to get to. When the jellyfish hit the creams they destroy the jelly underneath. So, the object of the level is to clear as many top jellies without using the fish, and then unleash the fish onto the creams. It is important to note you CAN see the jelly under the creams around the edges if you look hard enough. Maybe not on an iphone though, but can on Facebook PC'
