My FB identification is 10216336861077197. I have had the same connectivity error for a few weeks and have logged out of FB. Checked the permissions for apps, made sure Candy Crush Saga had the proper permissions…Synchronized my King.com account. Selected “Sign in with FB”. Signed out of King.com and logged back in…. I’m still getting the same connectivity error. Please suggest something useful for me to try without loosing my current progress so that I can reconnect and get the daily boost, Candy box, request/receive lives…any assistance would be appreciated.
How will my progress be saved on King.com when I log out? I’m on level 4800 and don’t want to loose that progress. Will the game sync with FB to which I have no connectivity? Logging out of King.com doesn’t help the connectivity error I get when trying to sign into Candy Crush Saga via FB. All other King.com app are working correctly.
Hello @mcj0711 Have you played any levels on your King.com account? If you have then your progress should be safe. Also if you synchronised your accounts then in theory both accounts should be at the same level.
As explained in the link provided by Kiara there is no fix for the Facebook connection error (including signing out) other than to delete and reinstall your Facebook Candy Crush app. Reinstalling your app will cause you to lose all of your unused boosters.
