Fb not syncing with iphone app

I have tried everything I know. Deleting FB app, and reloading. Opening CCS thru fb app, making sure the green check mark shows up that app is connecting to fb. I have closed out all apps. I have even gone into settings on my phone and tried to see if CCS was allowing FB access. CCS is not listed. With the green check mark on my app I thought the progress would be shown when I log into FB. I am on level 632 on the app, but when I log into FB it still has me at 629. I did get to level 635 before with tickets to progress to next level. Made the mistake of deleting my CCS app and lost my progress. I deleted the app because I thought it needed to be updated (and it was) but the app would not progress to next set of levels even with tickets. I am at a loss as to what to do. Please help! Once I reach level 635 it appears I will be "stuck" again.

Hi Jellokites! Oh dear - sounds like you have tried all the combinations.
I suggest you check what other apps you have running on the mobile. Could be that one app is blocking. Best way to find out would be to borrow another phone - then install Candy Crush Saga and connect to Facebook)
You might even have to try a factory reset. Please notice that this will reset your phone and I strongly suggest that you first do a backup of all your personal data and settings. After doing the factory reset you should only install Candy Crush Saga. If everything looks alright then you can proceed with installing the other apps.
