Why am I not on the right level? 2 days ago I was on level 665!

Now I'm on level 661!! I uninstalled the game on both my phone and pc.(lost all of my extra Lives!!!!!) It still has me on the wrong level.. I also paid to advance to next level 3x's!!!!!!! and asked friends 3x's!!!! How does this happen and how do I get back to level 665? I also want credit for the gold I spent to go to the next level!!! I quit candy crush 6 mos ago when this same thing happened!!!!! I could never get help back then I sure hope things have changed since then!!!
