Why is my game closing once I click play?
There were some issues with the game on the Windows app that caused the app closing down or crashing.
This has now been fixed!

IT'S FIXED
You do have to clear your browser cache, then log right out using shutdown not restart, log back in and then it works !!
Hi, is there a problem with Candy Crush Saga, on Windows 10, only will not load? Thank you.
I am on level 1742, and the game shuts down when the Sam's Streak screen X is pressed.
Disaster I have done the reset as advised and I am now able to play but I am Level 1! However I was on Level 4339 with various boosters etc.
Is there any way that I can restore the situation back to Level 4339 etc.
Tried reset and reinstall (Windows 10) to no avail! Whats next?
Is there a bug in CCS app?

I was playing Candy Crush earlier today successfully however now after I load it and press play it exits from the app. Restarted my laptop several times and tried numerous times with no luck.
I had the same experience. This is just because of the new seasonal update.
You might probably experience this issue if you're playing on PC
Every time I log in to play Candy Crush I get so far and then it closes down. How can I stop this happening?

You are incorrect. This is clearly a King problem. Who can/will fix this on King's end?

Same here, I think it is caused by the latest version update in Windows 10. The version number is 1.2180.3.0. Once again, rely on the Free Quality Control Officer.

Hey guys, are you all playing on Windows 10? It just happened to me with Windows 10. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it's still happening. It allows me to log in with my King account. Then I click on play and it opens. I see the map but then shuts down.
I just tried to open the game on my phone and that works so it has something to do with Windows 10.
We need to tag a couple of the game moderators, @bearwithme @kiara_wael @Sukanta_Biswas and also the manager @Crazy Cat Lad so that this issue can be escalated to the studio.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
Is anyone else’s games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters.
