My friends are able to get rewards via colletting candys from specifical levels. The candys fave a symbol "C". But i have nothing like that even a level with "C" although tje game is updated

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
